Without the authority to do so, he’s demolishing the entire East Wing of the White House. Every major Democratic voice should be pounding him & his enablers. Any Democrat thinking about running for president in 28 should pledge to bulldoze Trump’s fucking ballroom if elected.

Meet the moment Dems.
In assessing Trump's conduct, it's important to remember that he's not just self-centered and vindictive, he's also very stupid and just ignorant of many basic things.

For example, he ignores the Constitution because he doesn't know anything about it and therefore assumes it's not important.

Democrats should be drawing up legislation right now, this very minute, to bar Trump from helping himself to $230 million in taxpayer funds from DOJ. Challenge Republicans to hold a vote on it. Push this so hard in the media that every GOP Senate and House candidate is pressed to comment on it.
It seems like the year 455 when the Vandals established their reputation by sacking Rome. It's just unthinking destruction because no one will stop him.
On 1/6/21, rioters attacked the Capitol. That it's the historic center of gov't had no meaning for Trump.

Now, he's unthinkingly vandalizing White House for a vanity project.

In Dec 2022, he said, if the Constitution kept him from being declared POTUS, it should be "terminated."

See a pattern?
Their building is right across the street. And with the elevation in the upper floors, they have a full view of the vandalism.

While we spectate on The East Wing being torn down, it isn’t just another hallway, it’s where Eleanor Roosevelt built the modern Office of the First Lady, where WWII bunkers were hidden, and where the public enters the People’s House. Erasing it is rewriting history.

Trump's FTC just deleted articles by former Chair Lina Khan about the dangers of AI.

Meanwhile, Trump is fast-tracking data center permits after Big Tech gave huge donations to his inauguration.

AI is making the richest Americans even richer while everyone else pays the price.
A sua sponte en banc review is a step beyond ex parte. The unusual nature is res ipsa.
I'm thinking bulldozers, subdivision, and lots of buildings with T-R-U-M-P on them. Imagine how much a Grand Canyon Rim condo might sell for! Or a 2 bedroom on the floor of Yosemite Valley!
He doesn't own the building. It's not up to him to destroy part of the nation's history and take a shit on everybody in the process.

This is so fucking wrong. He’s just ignored the entire process that must be followed to mess with the peoples’ house. Like he ignores every other rule, norm, & law. I’m so fucking pissed off at his Republican enablers who let him do this. The White House is OUR house. Not his.
If dismissal is based on appointment of Halligan, the indictment is invalid, and there's no do over because limitations has run. I think the same goes for the other motion.

A dismissal may not be with prejudice, but limitations would produce the same result.

Comey's atty was a top DOJ prosecutor.

I was very young, 6 or 7, but I can say I saw the Dodgers play in the Colisieum.

Wally Moon was my hero, and, true to form, he lifted a "Moon Shot" over the tall screen that subbed for an outfield.

Of course, to center, the distance was about 600 feet past the fence set up to mark the field.
