Why is Apple, Microsoft, Lockheed Martin, Blackstone, Google, OpenAI, Amazon and others financing the destruction of the WH and desecration of the grounds, something that is infuriating to huge chunk of the American population? Do you hate your customers that much?

MAGA media is desperate for proof of widespread left-wing violence. But from an GOP bar fracas to a teen who staged his abduction by “four Mexicans,” the stories keep turning out to be hoaxes.

MAGA keeps saying Trump is “saving taxpayers money” and “paying down the national debt.” If that were true, why did the U.S. national debt just surpass $38 trillion, a record high in American history?
If you haven’t boycotted these companies already, here’s your sign.

OK, so we get the state intervening in the market, but not in a socialist way, in a right-wing nationalist way that’s corrupt and corporatist. A social nationalism, if you will. We can workshop the name later.

That this is true shows America has been screwed up for a very long time.

Military on foodstamps... that ain't why people go into the military.

Republican rhetoric all week was clearly aiming to either depress turnout or inspire visible maga pushback. Neither happened and the press doesn’t seem particularly interested in exploring the implications of that.

I was listening to the radio who reported that dutch foreign minister, David van Weel, said that he understood why Israel closed the border crossings for humanitarian access because "the ceasefire agreement was violated" without saying who has repeatedly broke it over the past couple of days.

Yup.

A few months ago, I pointed out that part of the reason for ICE employees covering their faces, was that some of them were likely government contractors and not law enforcement, and so has no legal authority to detain.

People that know nothing about criminal justice reform yelled at me.🤷🏿‍♂️
The Supreme Court is about to decide whether private contractors can break the law—and get away with it.

I’m glad this is being covered. Federal judges have been warning us as best they know how. When I looked into this back in June, I found dozens of cases where judges suggested that the Trump administration’s conduct was untrustworthy or acting in bad faith.
