I suspect my husband and I are in a tiny minority of people who, when the bill for a meal arrives and items we’ve eaten have been left off, ask the server to revise the bill to reflect what we actually received. (We’d do the same if there were items we never got.) I guess we’re weird 🤷🏻‍♂️

Out of the five or so cities under consideration for our move to Spain, Valencia is definitely sitting at the top of the list. Similar climate to Silicon Valley, urban center that supports a car-less lifestyle, great culture, great LGBTQIA acceptance. High priority when we go scouting next year!

When/if the US finally frees ourselves from the festering pustule that is Trump and his MAGA movement, we need to take a serious look at limiting the President’s ability to declare emergencies. A president should be able to act in an actual emergency, but not in an unlimited capacity and duration.
