Weirdly fun to block the White House

I would have thought the first blatant ai false political ad would be made by a wing nut lone congress member and not the party senate committee. Just stepping right out into the open. Expect this will be the norm for them all by next week.
There will be no consequences for these people, same as there've been no consequences for any of the right's most shameless lies. And doing the same back, which is the only effective way to respond, ultimately just leads to complete chaos where any hope of checks on the powerful are gone forever.

Buh bye, Spotify
Spotify is now running recruitment ads for ICE.

It's wild BC the vast wealth displayed in the Vatican is already a giant middle finger to the world's poor - there's a very good case against the RC church (several actually) but these loons object if it does something decent.
I love the idea of someone waiting to see whether they will subscribe to Catholicism based on whether the pope hates the poor or not

heartbroken to learn the pope sympathizes with the poor. how can i continue to believe in god
If the Democrat party waned to stop being complicit in the genocide it would publicly disavow AIPAC and ban members from accepting money from it.
🧵I sifted through hundreds of donations and found some fascinating stuff

Over $300,000 of donations to State Sen. Laura Fine for IL-09 came from donors with deep links to AIPAC, but they aren’t identified as such in FEC filings

FTR. You could and should have said it is a dreadful administration that has funded and armed Israel's genocide of the Palestinians.

I just read that "Trump is basking in the at least partly merited glow of the Gaza deal".

Partly merited glow? THERE IS NO "PARTLY MERITED GLOW" THAT RESULTS FROM FUNDING AND ARMING A FUCKING GENOCIDE! AND THE SO-CALLED "GAZA DEAL" ONLY BENEFITS THE PERPETRATORS! #GazaHolocaust

State troopers in riot gear just plowed into the crowd, started arresting protesters and clergy.
Nonsense. Republican voters approve of the current fascism and actively vote for it. You can't do that and be a "good person".
Nothing good can come from meeting with this grifting sociopath. It will be "do this thing that's bad for Australia or we'll do something even worse". Best strategy for dealing with a bully like this is to avoid them and work quietly with others to build up a support network.

Analysis by The Australia Institute reveals that replacing the broken Petroleum Resource Rent Tax (PRRT) with a flat 25% tax on gas exports, as suggested by the ACTU, would raise more than $17 billion a year, enough to quadruple Commonwealth spending on housing.

Narrator:

The people the Trump administration is targeting in the Caribbean are not in fact "terrorists."
Q: "On Venezuela, there are survivors from your latest boat strike. What happens to those survivors?"

Trump: "Well, I'll ask Marco to discuss that, possibly?"

Rubio: "We're not prepared here to announce all those details...These are terrorists."
