Been dealing with a resurgence of cognitive symptoms again. I know it'll pass, but it sucks ass to not be able to think or stay organized. But a couple times a day I go down to the yard and pull weeds and yell at the squirrels for trying to bury their peanuts where I just planted my beans, it's nice

A couple months ago my doctor suggested I try getting back into gardening as a self-paced form of exercise, and it's been really good for me but more importantly I've fully caught plant madness again. My desk is a propagation station. I've bored three dozen friends asking their opinions on seeds.

Masking at conventions makes so much sense I don't know why we don't all do it. The chances of getting get sick at a con are so high we have a cute little name for it: "con crud." That its easy to get COVID at cons should come as no surprise. Why would you not want to protect yourself and others?
