Yes. I’m personally opposed to Trump & Vance’s policies and approach to governing precisely because I’m Catholic.
I can't speak for anybody else, but for ME, it is my Christianity that informs what makes the Trump era so profoundly odious to me. Matthew 5 shapes my politics and ethics more than any theory book I've read. And i know there are hundreds of thousands of people who feel the same way in the US.
