Or the Hague. The whole purpose of the ICJ is to prosecute war criminals who can't be prosecuted in their home country. I would support joining the ICJ for the sole purpose of getting around Trump's pardons of everyone involved in the piracy/murder going on the Caribbean right now.

Since the law no longer matters, only power, the path for the next Dem admin is that Trump was never validly President under the 14th Amendment, so of course the inevitable pardons are void.

If Dems are able to take back control, the first step is a bunch of new SCOTUS members. I don't think it is a stretch for those new justices to determine that because Trump was ineligible under the 14th A, the office was vacant during his term and that his actions were void.

Adding seats to SCOTUS is table stakes for any Dem administration. If they can't (or don't), everything they do will be blocked by SCOTUS and they simply will not be allowed to govern, much less impose any accountability whatsoever on any member of the current administration, much less Trump.
