SLIMER

The breakout star of the original Ghostbusters, Slimer went from just some ghost to the mascot of the entire franchise and eventual star of the cartoon. He might have been Urkel-fied a bit at the end of the 80s, but that happened with a lot of comic relief characters back then.

I'm not sure if this is the "right" way to do this but I figured I'd write a small #cosplaytutorial - I use a ruffler foot to do this! To calculate how much fabric I need I cut a strip of fabric (length doesn't matter), I used the ruffler then measured the resulting ruffle length (1/3)

It's beyond time for the rest of us to speak up about this when we see it, too. Publicly shame fans who do this. Ignore/block anyone calling you a White Knight or a "bully." Stalkers ruin it for the rest of us, and we don't have to just accept it.

Y'know what I love about lowbudget horror movie commentaries? when they show some blood soaked body in the background & someone on the commentary announces something like "that was jo-ann from wardrobe!" & everyone else on the commentary is hooting "jo-ann!" "I love her!" while the horrors continue.

Oh, yes yes yes! I finally more or less got my jewelry stuff set up and I have free time this week so I'm taking commissions! For base metals (copper, nickel, brass), earrings start at $20 and everything else starts at $40! I can also do titanium and silver, please enquire for prices.

A commissioned poll shows nearly 1/2 of MO voters oppose the maps

The Dem committee needs over 100,000 valid signatures across multiple congressional districts before the state’s 90-day window expires on Dec. 11 to let voters decide on the maps.

Missouri Democrats have an opportunity to block a new congressional map. They say they’re largely on their own.

Despite relatively little investment from Washington, Missouri and Ohio Democrats are looking to block new Republican-drawn maps through uncertain avenues.
