if you're still there, XOKO is a great wee queer café/bakery, Victorian Market is generally reliable especially Salt & Fire and Bad Girl Bakery, Hou Hou Mei and River House are good but fancy and probably need a booking

I would like to add that doing this full time with the OU in Scotland qualifies as part-time, just double their modules and complete it in 3 years. I did this!!!!

You can also get funding (fees + loan/bursary) to study one year CertHE Gaelic immersion courses in Glasgow or at Sabhal Mòr, regardless of income and even if you've already done a SAAS funded degree. Just saying.

If you're in Scotland and earned under £25k in the previous year, you can study part time at undergraduate level for free. Online or in-person courses. Even if you've already done a SAAS funded degree.
