boost your user satisfaction and growth with this one weird trick (removing the shit everyone hates that you added for no reason)
r/SaaS
u/soasme
I deleted ALL AI features... and user growth went UP.

Everyone's busy adding Al to everything.
I did the same for indie10k.com but it didn't work.
I removed all of fancy Al stuff - Al coach, Al growth ideas, Al "personalized" advice - everything.
Guess what?
I see more registered users and higher retention.
That actually make me wonder why now i have one page with one button, without all that Al thingy, but it does better?
Here's my question:
Is Al feature actually helping SaaS grow?

Actually Columbus is so NOT Italian that I don't think there should be conflict in Italian-American history and Indigenous recognition sharing a day, though probably only the latter is important enough for a full holiday.

Thanks, Erik.
Important note: Columbus wasn't even Italian, Italy didn't exist then.
And technically I would only count me as Italian-American, at best.

"Wind gusts hit 107 mph in Kusilvak according to the National Weather Service.

These winds also drove dangerous storm surge, pushing feet of water onto land, which triggered major flooding in coastal areas. Water levels in Kipnuk soared to 14.5 feet Sunday"

ah yes "Amuro Deserts." This was one of the first Gundam memes I ever made
meme of Amuro leaving in the Gundam.

JUST WALK OUT. You can leave!

- Bright won't let you do cool stuff
- Mom doesn't understand that you're a badass now
- Trauma
- They don't want you to pilot the Gundam anymore

IF IT SUCKS... HIT DA BRICKS!!!

the actual story here, which the media never talks about, is that police in this country have become a discrete right-wing political operation. the story isn't about cops leaving (they're lying about that), it's about the police trying to exert influence over elections.

Lmao is this supposed to be a bad thing?
A tweet from Bari Weiss that says “"It's shaken me to my core," a lieutenant said of Mamdani's unexpected victory in June. "The absolute dread I feel is palpable.
"
Today in @TheFP our @Olivia_Reingold talks to the cops who say they will walk if Zohran Mamdani is elected in November:”

"And so now we have a crime without criminals, a genocide without génocidaires, a wretched population who, we are to believe, have been brought low by Hamas, and must be fed and watered while the world works out what to do with them."

If you've never been to Gaza, you won't appreciate what the yellow line means. Basically Israel now holds most of Gaza's small but important agricultural land. Continued Israeli occupation, which I judge the likely outcome, makes Gaza even more unliveable and more dependent on outside goods.

Gaza Strip: Israeli army has withdrawn to the 'yellow line'

AFP Infographic with map of the Gaza Strip showing the 'yellow line' where the Israeli army has withdrawn its forces as of October 10, according to US envoy Steve Witkoff

Ultimately, the death of US manufacturing is about this attitude. It's easy to say "buy american or stfu" because virtue signaling is free. But it's hard to actually sustain a business because many Americans simply don't want to pay what it costs to produce things ethically in this country
Someone on Twitter replies to me: "meh. buy american or stfu."

Two hours later, in a separate thread, the write: "$30 for a single button-up is ridiculous unless it is decent quality silk."

Got yelled at by a guy in a car for walking too slow through the crosswalk just so he could hurry up and wait at a line of cars. Guy was wearing a Yankees hat too. What a sorry-ass life to lead, damn.

After the Lebanon-Israel ceasefire agreement was signed, Israel launched an intense bombing campaign on southern Lebanese towns such as Aitaroun and Bint Jbeil. Israel has since violated the ceasefire more than 4,500 times. Journalist
@loffredojeremy
was on the ground in these towns, where residents are attempting to return to their towns amid constant drone attacks, airstrikes, and sniper surveillance from nearby Israeli-occupied hilltops.

Loffredo spoke with the mayor of Aitaroun, who is struggling to oversee rebuilding efforts under ongoing Israeli attacks, and visited Lebanese homes that were used as Israeli military bases during last year’s ground invasion.
