I forgot to mention that I skipped ep 1 as I always do with this writer (not interested in a bloody 900 year backstory) & started on ep 2. It began to lose steam for me around ep 5 & I dropped it in ep 9 when they changed directors & the tone shifted. But eps 2-4 were really funny!

Ok I'm only on ep 4 but so far Genie, Make A Wish is the wittiest K- drama I have ever seen. It's charming & SO cleverly written. I don't think I've ever laughed this much at a K-drama. Don't let the goofy title put you off.

Well ok I dropped this in the middle of ep 9. As much as I love Kim Woobin I just couldn't do it anymore. The tone changed a lot starting ep 8 which is I guess when they switched directors. It got darker and a lot less funny

I skipped ep 1 & started on ep 2 (which I often do w dramas that seem like they're gonna have a lot of overwrought backstory going back 1000 years) & I've been pretty entertained so far. It's funny & unpredictable. Though getting bogged down in later eps so I appreciate the warning about the finale.

An Israeli prison guard deliberately slammed a metal door on the already broken leg of a 70-year-old Scottish woman who was abducted from the flotilla.

I condemn the global mainstream media for failing to cover the credible accusations, Greta Thunberg has been abused, beaten, humiliated and mistreated in Israeli custody. It is absolutely essential that the media focus on this story, to put pressure on Israel.
