People are still so obsessed with this crime. The Yorkshire Ripper documentary did a good job of not kissing cops’ asses and showing how obsessed they were with this long cold case in the modern era. They allowed it to cloud their judgment. The problem with a lot of true crime media is cop kissing.

People claim to be able to place him in England during the murders but it would mean popping over to have lunch, write a bunch of supposed letters I’ve seen 0 evidence of, then wait till nighfall and kill a person but be back in France the next day. This boat trip took like 7 hours at the time.

Do what you do best. Use the skills you have. Information campaigns to sow distrust among the enemy are just as important as protests. Remember these rich racist oligarchs are prone to paranoia and cannot take over the country alone no matter how many social media & news outlets they buy.

And I’d argue even existing American prisons are very similar to labor camps. And we’ve had racially based concentration camps before (Japanese internment) so a death camp isn’t as far off as we think. This moment shall pass, BUT let that comfort our souls TO FUEL THE FIGHT.

Because I’m older, we had a lot of holocaust survivors to speak at our school. They all had different stories, but they all touched on two things- so for this moment
1. Family separation is one of the most traumatic things a child/family can go through.
2. This moment in history shall pass.
