It's #NationalMushroomDay and Halloween season so I gotta repost this. One of my favorite things I ever drew. #art
Thank you! This might be my favorite ink drawing I’ve made. I still have the original and wound up developing a whole style based on it.
lol a tragedy, truly. Would love to see your author picks when you decide.
Looked up your work after you commented & I’m blown away, genuinely questioning how I haven’t heard your name before. I’m enamored with several of the shows you worked on like BTAS, Duck Tales, Gargoyles & ST. I also just added several of your books to my TBR. It’s an absolute pleasure to meet you.
Yes! This. I want the plot twist to be a surprise, and I feel like the presence of a plot twist gets announced a lot, across every genre, medium, and platform.
Can’t believe this is unpopular opinion, but the twist at the end shouldn’t be announced before you read it. A gut punch is more surprising and hits harder when you don’t announce it first. Let readers be blindsided by the plot twist—I beg you. #Booksky
These are such great author picks. I haven’t heard of Diane Duane, Georgette Heyer, or Glynn Stewart and now have a few new ones to check out.
I couldn’t agree with you more. I would read anything Bujold writes.

It’s #BannedBooks week.
Here’s a list of banned books by women & nonbinary authors that would be great to add to your TBR. 💙📚 #BookSky
Thanks, I really liked the style of the house from the reference. All the little details were satisfying to draw.
I’m rereading Mirror Dance which is part of the Vorkosigan Saga by Lois McMaster Bujold for writing inspiration. I love how she writes characters.

So adorable! I love the rainbow wash too.
Such a beautiful style with romantic vibes, and I love the colors.
Nice! I’m in the middle of Mistborn: The Well of Ascension. I really enjoyed book 1 and have high expectations for book 2.

Hang on as best you can.
Take care of yourself.
Take care of others if you're able.
Sharpen your antlers, put on your best traveling cloak, disappear into the forest, and find other creatures like yourself gathering together in the gloom.

You folks are so good to me
This book by @aimeecozza.com arrived yesterday afternoon. I finished it this morning. It was beautiful start to finish. Reminiscent of the loveliest parts of the Asimov robot novels I grew up adoring so much. Highly recommended.
The Warm Machine: A sci-fi novella about robot love
A brand new novella! When a laborbot first sees an angular, sleek prototype military robot slink onto his worksite, it's love at first sight.

Thanks! I love dragons, and it was a fun little drawing exercise.

Yup, the logic checks out. I have no notes.
Turned my sketch of a lioness into a dragon.

Thanks! I based the nebula formation on a shot from the intro sequence to Star Trek: Strange New Worlds.
