These companies want to make money off their old games. But they won't do anything until *someone pitches them an offer to make them playable and profitable for cheap.*

The thing is, these companies won't release these old games if there's no way to have them playable on modern systems easily. Or if no one does the work for them.

Another thing I'd like to know about is the PS2/Wii half-ports of the game. They made a mostly completely different game using assets from the original, with a different art style. While I own the PS2 release, it was extremely buggy and crashed my system back in the day so I shelved it.

If I were a writer / video game reviewer, I'd have a LOT to say about this game. It's not bad, and the original devs really cared about the source material, but parts feel very unfinished, like they ran out of time or budget.
