Just as an update, it officially failed 51-44. Doubt any votes shifted.

And it mathematically fails the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed. Vote sits at 40-42.

Also while we're here, HR 5371 (the GOP CR) is getting a motion to invoke cloture vote, which is different from a cloture vote. It is sitting at 18-32.

The summary of the worst parts of HR 4016 are that it would ban the DoD from using money to enforce mask mandates and covid vaccinations, would ban covid vaxx requirements at DoDEA schools, ban TriCARE from covering trans healthcare, ban drag queen story hour from military property, ->
