I have never seen that many. How absurd! Put them at the welcome center! Christ. And yeah, even one truck puts me on my bike out in the lane and that is just not safe when drivers aren’t expecting it.

I’m glad the city and RIDOT worked quickly to put in some bike lane protection but … is this finished? If you only do poles for one section, it does not fix the problem.

lol that it’s my senator (who rails against dark money but also just voted for the NDAA even with anti trans language and no controls over domestic deployment) and my former senator I campaigned for (who I think is great but is also an old white man). I wanted better from a Maine challenger.

You are objectively correct. Just made me lol.
I wish Dems in the age bracket of Markey and Sanders did a better job of cultivating the next gen to bring up after them. Having said that, Markey can serve as long as he wants IMO.

Fascinating. I donated a kidney last year and I found out about the recipient’s need through social media and a GoFundMe she set up. I’d be lots of people make this kind of ask, but most of them don’t have the platform he does.

Microplastics are released from plastic when exposed to heat, including leaching from tea bags into hot tea and plastic containers releasing nanoplastics when microwaved. While health effects are still unclear, minimizing heating plastic is a simple way to reduce exposure.

Microplastics are everywhere. You can do one simple thing to avoid them.

The biggest sources of microplastics have one thing in common: Heat.

My mom got me a puzzle table for my birthday and I am SO stoked. It swivels! We love doing puzzles and the cats absolutely lose their minds over the pieces so hopefully this will keep them off of there. Excited to start this RI puzzle!
