Thanks for the advise. The Nintendo Shop has the trilogy for something like $25 but I had a feeling one or more of the games would be iffy at best.

When using Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack, does one have to be online?

What I've read indicates it can be offline but needs to check-in every seven days to make sure the account is valid / active.

Is this true? Could I play, say, GBA and SNES games while not tethered to WiFi?
