I understand your frustration. I started watercolors back in August of last year, and one day saw some art that was light-years better than anything I could ever hope to do. It’s discouraging.

But I persevered and learned to appreciate my own style.

Here’s the thing I learned from getting this project out after three years – my sewing skills have improved. ☺️
There are parts of this that I sewed at the beginning that don’t look too good and now I’m going to pick them out and fix them. This is really encouraging.

I took home ec in NE Alabama in the early 70’s. The only thing I remember us cooking is scrambled eggs with hollandaise sauce. I doubt that anyone in that town could spell hollandaise😂😂😂
