no. the suffering exists to strengthen us if we are resilient enough to meet it. it's like a joke. you have to be able to view your own life, at least occasionally, from a pov of detached irony, and see the fun/lesson in it. suffering (hopefully) teaches us kindness toward others who also suffer.
