I found that out when first starting. Seemingly ‘nothing’ happens. Then realizing the ability to stay cool and focused in hectic environment… It sneaks up on you. Nursing in pediatric hospital and not becoming numb or cynical is my testament. ✌️

Sunrise on the lake this morning. I knew I wasn't going to get the boat in the water fast enough to catch this, so I ran around to the other side of the point to see it from the shore.

A brilliant red band of sunlight warms the cold lake water and lights the low clouds on fire as the sun breaks the horizon.
