Yeah the problem is that it basically doesn't become detectable until it's already very far along and then it's extremely aggressive/treatment resistant after that

It seems as if there’s no ummmm…standardized??? way to detect it…Most ppl who find it early happen to find it while testing for other things. By the time there are visible/tangible effects, it’s typically already at Stage IV
