I was leading a restoration volunteer work group this week and, having established that I know bugs, one person asked me "do you know what kind of bug this is?" & holds out a closed fist to give me something

I held out an open palm and smiled with a "I'll take a look!" 😊

It’s #HispanicHeritagemonth & this is part of my culture. This has been happening for a long time. I remember visiting when I was 10 y/o & went thru the 1st few days with no electricity or AC. This is important bc we get forgotten about so much & yet gringos are moving to the island & ruining-
