Feast Day prep thread 🧵: Spiced and Smoky Sweet Potato Cheesecake w/ a browned butter Biscoff crust.
I wanted to do something different this year so we doing cheesecake. Roasted a big sweet potato with mild olive oil and kosher salt and once it cooled hand mashed it with the spice and brown sugar.
