I still think about this video since release.

Maybe it was also a warning that I'll never have real friends on the Internet, which turned out to be true.

Can't ruminate on the past though this video's message about Vloggers / Youtubers still holds up today. Cuts deep.

Oh if you think Yoshi's Story is too easy, play it only eating the light green melons. There should be 30 melons total each level.

Some of them are frustrating since you only get one chance to beat an in-level challenge unless you reset or lose a Yoshi.

Also master the infinite flutter jump.

It's the largest strike of the year: a 5-day walkout of 45,000 workers at Kaiser hospitals on the West Coast.
While they seek better pay and staffing, the "nonprofit" has $67.4 billion in reserves and is heavily invested in hedge funds and private equity. @exposedbycmd.bsky.social has the story:
As Kaiser Workers Strike, ‘Not-for-Profit’ Is Sitting on $67 Billion
Kaiser has doubled down on hedge funds, outside staffing firms, and high executive compensation as workers lag behind.

As for this particular Rachmaninoff recording, purists argue about the opposite dynamics (that's not what was written on the page!!!111)

Artists absolutely can play around with them to suit what mood/feeling they want to present if they can make it work.

I don't know if anyone has tried to explain each movement to you. Sonata of Life.

My impressions may help:

1. Birth. "Call mommy! Call daddy!" phrase is repeated throughout the movement.
2. Fleeting life moments scherzo.
3. Death. Original Star Wars Imperial March.
4. Soul leaves the body.

People care about peanuts+nuts allergies but don't care about everyday items. Sufferers are invisible (because we're not perceived normal).

If they suffered from Oral Allergy Syndrome they would care...
Do you have any extremely niche, but serious, ethical stances?

They made it too expensive to buy a house but they also made it too expensive to rent. It's time to Retvrn to our ape roots and live in the trees
I like how the cautionary note contradicts the preceding paragraph.

You might as well not write it.
I've been curious about this game and its sequel though its time length prevents purchase.

I like Super Metroid and Castlevania (SOTN & AoS) as they don't overstay their welcome. Was disappointed at Bloodstained.

Anyway, I think you two might have a common interest: bsky.app/profile/zody...

Yeah clothing quality material really sucks now.

We're also polluting the Earth with this trash.

People who unfortunately have to deal with it already know this from imported garments.

Nvidia is paying OpenAI to buy Nvidia chips. The money is going out of one pocket and into another.
This "vendor financing" is what has analysts concerned about AI reaching bubble territory. Bryan McMahon explains what's going on.

Our Japanese media friends are reporting that this is the first time a Japanese pitcher has ever thrown a complete game in MLB postseason history.
I keep forgetting I need to frame this memorable quote from pianist Sara Davis Buechner.

“Therapists are like piano teachers,” she said. “There are lots of them, and they are mostly bad.”

Boss, we’ve got a problem. Users don’t want this stuff! They keep wanting to turn it off, even when we keep turning it back on!

Boss: I have an idea

Wow. That was a risky program especially in this setting.

You can hear those distinct colored notes in No. 16 that was missing in other performances though she looked tired.

It's a freaking marathon.

I'm not surprised at the result... such is life. At least someone new to listen.
