Stop calling yourself a "maker". Your art or tradecraft is a specific skill and will never be seen for what it is if it's all lumped together and devalued. "Maker" is already co-opted by corporate hiring to specifically dilute your value to pay you less. Call a welder a maker, see what happens.

Listen to me. Listen. If you're making images that will only be displayed on screens, YOU HAVE TO LET GO. You can calibrate your screens perfectly, but then 25k people will see it on their shitty $50 monitors or cracked phone and its out of your hands. Don't think of it. Achieve enlightenment.
