When (not if) SCOTUS overturns the Voting Rights Act, 12 Democratic majority black districts will be lost…leaving 2 majority black districts in the South. It’s a return to Jim Crow. 1/3 of the Congressional Black Caucus will be lost.
Blue states won’t be able to gerrymander out of this. It’s on us.
