I have a 45-min freeway commute with almost no stops. Which is super easy with a stick. My wife's stop-and-go downtown commute would suck.

In Kyoto Station, they have a 7-story shopping mall. On one of the levels, they have a "ramen floor". It's amazing. You buy a ticket at the chosen restaurant's vending machine, and then get the best ramen ever.

I actually flew to Lincoln, Nebraska on the devil's chariot to get this car. I drove it home (about a 7-hour drive to Denver). But to find this car, this spec, for so cheap... I think it was because it's a stick.

I bought an amazing 2024 car a few months ago (Acura Integra). It was about 15-months-old, with low miles, and was in impeccable condition. I got a 25% discount versus buying new.

Yeah, you could fly SEA-NRT-KIX and then catch the train, the Haruka. The train ride from KIX is like 1h 20m, but it's direct right from the bowels of KIX and across the bay.
