I want to build a world where we don't need mental health therapists or psychiatry.

As a therapist, I work to make my profession obsolete. We need to build mutual aid and community care for mental health.

Mental health care is often used to enforce the status quo, the meatgrinder of capitalism.

I'm in acceptance with the likelihood that the revolution will not happen in my lifetime, or even my children's lifetime, but we can build mutual aid now and prefigurative elements to inspire the next generation and be in solidarity with marginalized folks.
