Bosses have increasingly been trapping workers with debts incurred in training and other exploitative fees.

Oui, c'est un vrai problème avec notamment l'image du post que j'ai partagé.

Être sourd·e ou malentendant·e c'est aussi subir le sanisme en plus du validisme physique,

donc faire disparaître la référence à la surdité ou contracter surdité et autisme ce n'est pas anodin.

Comme femme trans j'ai bien vu la différence immédiate de comportement entre une table "masculine", une table mixte avec potes femmes et une table mixte avec épouses.

Ils savent très bien avoir l'air bien devant des copines potentielles.

One of the interesting things about ADHD meds is that the grapefruit effect affects them too. Just citric acid and ascorbic acid alone will mess with them

Which means, if a person isn't aware, their meds can have wildly different effectiveness for no clear reason, just based on their eating habits

The next step for the Conservatives will be to remove the UK from the European Convention for Human Rights. They don't want so much 'red tape' making 'inclusive' labour more expensive (and costing their Tory donors money)
They want to be 'competitive' on the global stage!

By removing equality legislation, and the ability to talk & protest about inequality, the Conservatives are ensuring they can employ labour more cheaply (no D&| training needed!?) and be more competitive against the Chinese etc in world trading.
