Maple gochugaru rubbed delicata squash, roasted, and stuffed with a sausage-faro stuffing.
A lemon-dill hummus is smeared on the plate. A gochujang aioli zigzags over the top of the squash.

The square white plate sits atop a quite nice board, handcrafted by Taryn.

I assure you that for all the cheese that you think is missing from plating, all of that cheese is contained inside the polenta.

So creamy and cheesy. And the polenta cubes were pan seared in what must have been Parisian levels of butter.
