People are going to insist that this is all in my head, and that they know my body better than I do, but they don't. I know my body, I have access to some of my records, and I've been seeing doctors regularly about this stuff. I have a picture. What I'm lacking are the specifics at the moment.

It's also clear that ignoring these health issues, and abandoning my diagnostic efforts; is at a massive disadvantage to my health, especially long term. I have enough to know that my body at its base doesn't produce enough of either hormone or properly regulate its metabolism and enzymes.

And since I'd be re-applying for SSI, it wouldn't be an immediate solution either. I'm at a point where I need income to maintain housing, to keep these appointments, but these health issues I'm investigating greatly limit what work I can get.

I have an appointment with a geneticist and DSD clinic to get to the bottom of this, but my initial evaluation isn't until February, and I'd imagine getting genetic testing may be a bit beyond that. If I can't work, I need to get on SSI, and I need documentation of these health issues.

I'm in a bind. I'm uncovering evidence pointing towards a DSD/intersex condition covered up since birth; that is causing or compounding my existing sciatica, neuralgia, neurospinal, and metabolic issues- and I'm having difficulty finding work, in large part bc of these physical limitations.

People are homeless because they can’t afford rent.

Because capitalism wrings out every piece of productivity from people while just barely maintaining their survival so they can continue to work.

Because suffering on the streets is a threat to make you go clock in.

It’s not a personal failure.
