Yes, bullies can indeed crumble in the face of resistance…

Or
- they (HE) litigate(s) you into bankruptcy
- they (HE) set(s) up a helicopter crash
- they (HE) make(s) you disappear
- they (HE) arrange(s) an accident
- they (HE) otherwise remove(s) or negate(s) your voice via il/legal means

This ! A million times, this !
The most insanely frustrating thing about the #ClimateCrisis is how the breakthrough we so clearly need isn’t technological. It’s just a collective willingness, a determination even, to change in ways that would clearly be SO MUCH BETTER than the clear and obvious consequences of NOT changing.

He said, "When I win, I will immediately bring prices down, starting on Day One"

He lied

But what's worse-he didn't even TRY to lower prices

Instead, almost as soon he got into office, he started hitting people with tariffs-making things infinitely worse

The real problem is that normal people lack the imagination that is needed when dealing with a psychopath.

@cheetah.bsky.social has some breaking news in Press Pass: Rear Admiral Kurt Rothenhaus was recently removed from his post as chief of naval research, the top post at the Office of Naval Research (ONR), and replaced with a 33-year-old former DOGE employee with no apparent naval experience.

Downside: government corruption like this is bad

Upside: Kash Patel abusing his position as FBI Director to corruptly use a jet to try to impress a woman might be the least destructive way he uses his position, and it’s therefore relatively better for the country if that’s how he spends his time
Patel's girlfriend performed at Penn State last weekend. A government jet arrived at State College Regional Airport, according to its FAA registration, with an address listing the FBI HQ. The plane then flew to Nashville, where his girlfriend lives.

All on the taxpayer’s dime.

Alejandro Juarez got fired from Trump's National Golf Club Westchester when WaPo exposed that Trump employed undocumented people. Then he got deported by mistake, w/o a hearing, earlier this year. His son is in the military so he might claim status that way.

China bought 27 million metric tons of soybeans from US farmers in 2024. But somehow this “deal” to buy significantly less is a huge victory.

You can now preview 2026 ACA insurance premiums on healthcare.gov.

A family of four in Maricopa County paid $514 a month for their ACA plan in 2025. Next year, that same plan will cost $2,435. That kind of increase will be devastating for thousands of Arizona families.

Art of the Schlemiel 🙄

Trump loves to offer up Trump as the solution to problems he created- specifically to play savior

But that doesn’t put you ahead in trade relations, just trying to claw back what you pissed away 🙄

Like a gambler, in a hole chasing it

It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grammes a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be REDUCED to twenty grammes a week.

None of this is correct. Good thing we have a steady hand on "nuclear"
