Hey newcomers :) I'm Alex, a videogames artist from Bristol, based in Hamburg, specialising in 3D environment work and 2D illustration.

Current and recent work includes Roman Sands RE:Build and Dreamsettler.

I also play synths in my band ANTA.

The immediate action resulting from this should be to force food companies to eliminate heavy metals from their products. But we have no idea whether those metals are being absorbed into the body, at what levels, etc. Diagnosing someone with lead poisoning is done with a blood test.

Definitely very alarming but we really need a study showing blood lead in heavy supplement users vs non to know what this is actually doing.

Obvs knowing a product is full of lead is reason to stop consuming it. But this doesn't tell us whether anyone has lead toxicity from protein powders.

my latest investigation for @consumerreports.org is based on months of reporting and 60+ lab tests of leading protein supplements

If you believe in electoralism you should be describing what the winning candidate looks like in 10, 20, 30 years. What will they campaign for, what ideological landscape has this cultivated. You can't just say you're putting your faith in a long term process and have no idea where it might lead

With respect to Jonathan Banks acting his face off, I don't love Mike's origin story. It feels contrived and like it's trying to add depth to a character who already has enough going on.

Anyway, I like this shot for its colours - grey flecked with yellow, Mike's moral character all over.

"Alpine Shepherd Boy" - Chuck's dance with Jimmy is always played out in the manipulation of light sources. Jimmy's concern for Chuck forces him into compliance. Only natural light, Chuck's word, remains, and Jimmy must then make his case for legitimacy in Chuck's world.
