I had a run in with ICE snatching a man out of his car while walking my children to school this morning in NW DC

I asked a neighbor to continue walking my kids to school and I turned back to document and confront the ICE agents.

I am in contact with @dcmigrantmutualaid.org with the full video.
This is exactly who RFK is, he cares about NO ONE except himself.
RFK Jr's response to someone collapsing nearby him was to haul ass out of the room as quickly as possible

At today's hearing on Republicans Stealing Food and Healthcare, Lisa Bogacki of PA testifies:

My family has relied on the Affordable Care Act for over a decade. If Republicans get their way next year our premiums will quadruple and our deductibles will skyrocket.

The dramatic repudiation of Trump this week wrecks a number of absurd narratives the media has pushed lately. In the runup to the election, NYT pieces kept telling us Dems were overly obsessed with attacking Trump.

That dumb idea now lies in ruins. 1/

Sherrill and Spanberger were good victories but neither of them were outspent 7 to 1. Wow.
The only people who don’t see that every candidate won by focusing on affordability and standing up and fighting Trump are the pundits on TV who are paid for being dense.

Brand new data:

Republicans blamed for the shutdown (+12) and for health care premiums going up (+28!!).

These are stunning numbers. Republicans aren't immune from the pressure this creates.

Time to press our advantage. Stand for what we believe in.

Good morning.

Last night was a referendum on Trump's corruption, cruelty, and chaos.

But it's also not a coincidence these big wins came at the exact moment when Democrats are using our power to stand for something and be strong.

A huge risk to not learn that lesson.
Quick someone get that Nate Silver guy on TV he seems to have his finger on the pulse of America, really astute analysis…

This Trump shutdown is now the longest in history — longer than his last. He says it contributed to Republicans’ loss yesterday.

Maybe now he’ll do what he should’ve done all along: stop bailing out other countries and join us to reopen the government & prevent a health care crisis.

“This was a Democratic romp in the midst of a national crisis over the now record 36-day government shutdown. It should send a stark message” to Trump, Johnson, Thune that the national tide has “shifted decisively.” @punchbowlnews.bsky.social
