It’s painfully obvious this clown has enormous skeletons in his closet. You can read it all over his face. The misogynistic language and his behavior reveal so much (he and his son being accountability partners, for one thing). I dream of the day when it finally comes to the surface.

My family (I was the only child with a whole lot of adults) split up in ‘96 for our last day of Disney. Misunderstanding of meeting time and place led to half the family being 2 hours late, my mom reporting them missing, and us almost missing our flight home. That was a pleasant flight 🙃

One year, my dad missed my birthday because he had to cover a baseball game. Or: part of a game. The end of a Red Wings-PawSox battle that had been postponed after the first 32 innings ended in a tie several months prior. The Sox won it in the 33rd.

I always felt that way about McCarver before Smoltz. Feels like a pattern where a lot of analysts, especially at the national level, get douchier the more comfortable they get in their role.
