The US says it wants to step up sanctions on Russia. The obvious thing to do is to sanction the 359 Russian ships now sanctioned by the EU and UK, which have not yet been sanctioned by the US. This would truly be a body blow to the Russian war machine. @econharris.bsky.social @brookings.edu
