I really need to get busy doing something. I finally have a day with nothing going on and I'm so unmotivated to do a project. I did fill out all my paperwork for the pain mgmt doctor's office. No, I do not have drug seeking behaviors. I have drug avoiding behaviors. 🤦🏻

I finally got my shots after having to cancel last time because of various other things going on. I got the flu shot and c*vid one both in one arm. Now it's hurting. Flu shot, I know it's you, you little bastard.
