Also it's just terrifying to have to worry EVERY YEAR whether you're about to be homeless or not. People need to have some kind of stability in their lives, or it's hard to build anything of their lives or plan for any future.

This is a great time to figure out what you really want to do and move towards it. (I mean, it helps if a huge global event forces you to stay indoors and spend a bunch of alone time thinking - but maybe it also has something to do with being that age, who knows.)
