One factor that helps explain vacancies in new purpose-built rental buildings in Ontario is the risk faced by prospective tenants. In new buildings, landlords can increase rent by any amount every 12 months, whereas rent control limits apply to rental properties that existed before Nov. 15, 2018.

I’ve been devouring lots of books and podcasts as I recover. When I tell others what I’ve enjoyed, that generates tips on what I should dive into next, so I’ve maxed out my library hold list. For one book I am 692nd in line (down from 934th)! Clearly it will take some time to get through the list.
I’ve been noticing the delicious aroma of gardenia in my home today and I just realized one of the floral arrangements kindly sent to me by friends and colleagues since my surgery contains a single, hidden, gorgeous gardenia blossom. This absolutely makes my day.

I rely on this many days, put in the blender with soy milk, frozen veggies, and optionally peanut butter to really crank the protein (22 grams without, which is already pretty good). May fit the bill for you? I don’t mind the lack of sweetness but could add stevia, maple syrup, or whatever to taste.

It could be reading a book, taking a long walk, going to a museum, seeing a friend, doing a craft, or cooking an elaborate meal. If you are sad, try not to be sad alone. And if you can, charge your phone away from your bed.
Here's a cute example. A Wall Street Journal article, "The Guard Dog Ate My Matisse," included a photo of a museum guard dog who mauled rare teddy bears that were under his care, and the expression on his face gets me every time.
