#WorkRant Have I ever mentioned how much I hate Acrobat Pro? How it became the default program for cross platform text is beyond me. Its command structure essentially ranges from non-existent to inconsistent at best. I FSCKING HATE IT.

"We need to work together" always comes after this person fucks up the work. Then comes me to fix it. I am not sanitation.
Why do people do this? They took the task away from me without discussion and now repeatedly come to me to fix their errors.

If you apply for a lead developer position, you really ought to be comfortable with: gathering requirements, selecting a tech stack, designing architecture, and leading a dev team. If you can't do any of those things, you really should consider other opportunities.

Ich weiß, dass ich mich vor knapp 1 1/4 Jahr sogar gefreut hatte, in diese Gruppe zu kommen...
Aber diese Zeiten sind vorbei 🥲
