Note rebuttal from industry & EC, that we provided no data to support our concerns. Really. If industry wants to dilute a regulatory assay, the onus is NOT on regulators to conduct validation testing for them.

FYI, Metals industry & EC proposed OECD Test Guideline to weaken the long-established regulatory gastric assay for measuring metal release (to estimate potential metals exposure in risk assessments). Debate published in RegTox&Pharm Nov/Dec 2024 (www.sciencedirect.com/science/arti...)

I was thinking the same thing! The Mainstream Media got their collective axxes in a tizzy w fake outrage, while promoting in non-stop coverage the convicted felon; his geriatric rants & manic gaslighting proposals as normal. Too much "But-What-Aboutism & on-the-one-hand-on-the-other #WorkingTheRefs
