#VitePress was a good help but I like my documentation websites to be available even without #javascript enabled.

I am now on a crusade to rewrite everything with
#zola + #pug + #tailwindcss
and a bit of #vue or #svelte but only where it is needed.

I've noticed this trend is just about being a year or 2 behind but the later you come the harder it is to be at the same place at the same time milestones. Like Vue 3 years in looked a lot different than Svelte, and Svelte 3 years in looked a lot different than Solid 3 years in etc..

Overview: Hacker News discussed Marko, a declarative HTML-based language for web apps. Key themes covered its syntax, performance, and comparison to React/Vue/Svelte, focusing on 'HTML-in-JS' vs. 'JS-in-HTML' and compile-time optimizations. #WebDev 1/6

That’s actually a well written Signals library for React, Preact, Solid, Svelte 4 stores, and Vue shallow refs. There’s a hooks implementation too but it’s bunk

So the thing that got *me* interested in it was the space that JSX, Svelte, Vue, Glimmer, etc. play in—it would be great if there were a natural extension point (even “just” macros! But Rust shows the limits I think) for syntax extension/integration for those kinds of templating languages.

¡Brutal biblioteca de JavaScript!

Transforma elementos en cajas que puedes arrastrar.
Intercambiando posiciones con otros elementos.

Compatible con React, Vue, Angular, Svelte...

Custom elements today have type checking and intellisense in all major frameworks including React, Svelte, Vue, Solid.js, Stencil, and more, all from a single implementation (unlike projects that provide components for multiple frameworks while missing some, and with much more maintenance burden).

There used to be a time where I would struggle to find the "angularjs tooltip library" which turned into searches for "react/vue/svelte component library" so hopefully them using the browser platform will make this process a no brainer and eliminate this entirely

From the other side...

Very cool! The web version of Apple Music is Svelte as well ✌️

If you're using Svelte, what do you like about it, especially compared to Vue?

It's not great for Svelte, but agree, it fast!

only, we're going to have to drop it in favour of the other one by the Vue guy, forget what it's called but it friendly to Svelte, or better or some shit, idk

Is it just me or does the Angular community feel separate from the other communities of React, Svelte, Vue, etc?

I know a lot of devs who jump between frameworks, but rarely do I hear Angular brought up, despite its popularity.

Why?

Why not Astro with Svelte/Vue/Solid? 👀
