it's the reason stickpage exists, a website hosting stickfigure animations, and as a result, hyuns dojo community. While you could say newgen animators don't need to make stickfights to become professionals, those communities have some of the best resources out there to improve animation skills.

reality definitely is that they pluck a buncha animators with BFA degrees and decently prominent voice actors. I don't think there's a common source of creativity for those shows.
Animator vs animation and gildedguy on the other hand, yeah there's a clear source: stickpage/hyuns dojo community.
