My friends, I just discovered an amazing app called #StandInPride which offers support to the LGBTQ + community. You can support people online or in person. You can “stand in” for missing family members who won’t attend a wedding or a graduation, or offer a listening ear. Check it out!

dilemma: i have a greeting card but i fear the inside message may not be appropriate. it's for #lgbtq+ bride whose mother does not acknowledge her, to be sent in mom's stead. is this ok? alter it? i can get a different card, the wedding isn't until mid october. opine, please!! #StandInPride

I joined StandinPride App so that I have truly safe peeps to talk to but the isolation without community events sucks!

I wouldn't normally post this sort of thing here but Stand In Pride are trying to raise money to make an app to make it even more accessible to everyone and easier to use, they just need the money to give the developers and it'll be good to go
