Being a solutionary doesn’t require perfection—just curiosity.
Ask simple questions:
👉 Are we doing the right things?

That’s how communities keep learning, growing, and caring forward.

To solve problems effectively w/o unintended consequences, we need to cultivate a solutionary mindset. This means
1) Listening & seeking to understand
2) Avoiding "us v. them"
3) Shifting from debates around either/ors to collaboration on solutions that do the most good & least harm.
4) Coalitions

When presented w/an issue for debate, offering you one side OR the other to support, ask yourself what are the UNDERLYING problems? What are the CAUSES? What could actually SOLVE the problems? How could you COLLABORATE to solve them instead of just taking sides? This is a SOLUTIONARY mindset.

HSR like always is the flashy headline, but the details rely much more on boosting existing programs, such as a huge boost to Fed-State/CRISI/Amtrak, formula funding for rail (!), and electrification (a Solutionary Rail mainstay)! Highly doubt this advances though.
