On 11 Nov. 2019, ISIS detonated two car bombs in Qamishlo (NES), killing five people and injuring 26. On the sixth anniversary, the families of the martyrs held a ceremony to remind the fallen. It is also a reminder of the danger still posed by ISIS and that the fight must continue.

It's not. There are good things that have happened amongst it (release of prisoners, liberation of Deir ez-Zur, Qamishlo and Heseke by SDF, capture of armour from the SAA by YPG/YPJ, and obviously the overthrow of Assad himself, but this is ultimately just the CIA having switched their bet.
