#permapeople
Just a reminder since it's garden-planning season for those in the northern hemisphere, that Permapeople has a free and non-commercial garden planner.

More elaborate than a grid-based planner, and more suited for food foresters and homesteaders, but it's awesome!

The more the merrier! My first invite codes will go to my permapeople buddies. From there, I'll try to expand gardening/homesteading/permaculture bluesky as much as possible.

Done. We’ve built a couple small communities around this on Reddit: r/backyardfarmers and we have a permapeople Discord too.
Let me know how Permapeople can help!

Also, thank you! Open to feedback on either. Permapeople has a small but active community on discord, and in the seed-swapping marketplace.

Fence building will start in 1-2 weeks, and take about a week. Will gladly share then! I also created a bird’s eye view plan of the garden on permapeople too!

Comms sprout is extra proud of these Permapeople! S/o to Han fellow raspberry enthusiast for inviting me here 💕
Super proud of what we've released here. Many hours went into and it's already pretty good, but many improvements to come!
If you’re still planning your garden this year, check out all the work we did on our garden planner. You can test without an account, and it’s delightfully integrated with our open database.

We’re all for open use, and that’s kind of the point of Permapeople — but some of the data is licensed to other sources already (which we attribute). That said, if you’re making money off open source/ open data work, consider kicking something back to the source! Hosting ain’t free!
