I'm working on a #Digimon evolution chart for both my and my boyfriend's partner Digimon. Currently we each have a base line, a Jogress, and a Crest evolution using the Crests we both identify the most with. It's nice to see how well they match up!

We were both really unsure how to work with Sangloupmon getting the Crest of Hope, because he loves dark and spooky stuff but the Crest of Hope is always heavily angelic. He landed on the idea of fallen angels with Raguelmon as the Mega, and that lead him to Manticoremon; a Virus employed by angels.

Mantygermon, like Manticoremon, is a Digimon with the form of a manticore. Unlike the former, Mantygermon possesses consciousness stemming from the sacred ring's control over its animal instincts. Its body has more feline characteristics.

Hm. Well. If we're talking solely from the anime then I guess Izzy's Tentomon, with it being beetles that get bigger and bigger. Without really changing much else
However for a non-anine line, I really liked how this came out (holy helmets)

1. Gargoylemon, which I not only love for the look- which is sick as hell- but for the background of a devil-type digimon turned holy. And while it isn't listed as an evo, Manticoremon is the perfect evo to me- a borderline mindless digimon only searching for the digicores of virus types.
