I bought a Ground Effect #Dogsbody bag to make transporting my #Surly #LongHaulTrucker on buses or planes a lot easier. I wish they'd made the bag just so slightly larger in the front. I can fit my LHT with the front & rear racks, barely, but to do so I have to loosen one of my levers. #BikeSky

And here is my newly rebuilt #Surly #LongHaulTrucker, all put back together and ready to ride. Only a few small issues with the gear tuning to fix (more on this down thread), but all in all, I have successfully rebuilt my bicycle. 4/

🧵 So I finally rebuilt my #Surly #LongHaulTrucker. Here's how it was up to the end of last week: 3x9 gears with a slightly broken left brifter that could only shift between the lowest and middle cog on the front sprocket.
