71,000 *identifiable bodies*. Not even close to the number of actual deaths, by an order of magnitude

and to challenge any attempts to curtail citizens’ right to protect themselves from airborne disease by masking—some which have been made by prominent democratic leaders by correlating masking with crime or criminal intent.

sunglasses are better at obscuring identifiable facial features than n95s!
With RFK Jr again further reducing access to vaccines, your regular reminder that now would be a good time to restart wearing a high quality mask regularly again for an added layer of protection from airborne diseases.

Apart from the Draconian rules of having to use particular transparent waste sacks from the town hall, which are individually identifiable to an individual household,

La combustion humaine spontanée est un phénomène rare où des corps se consument sans source de feu identifiable, souvent entouré de mystère.

yes it’s definitely “one another” that bluesky devours in moments of stress, not any extremely specific, identifiable demographic or anything :P
It would be great if people on this website could learn to process episodes of stress and uncertainty in a way that doesn't involve attacking and devouring one another like exotic fighting fish.

the deeper I go the more absurd it gets: the moral panic spreader was going to insist that they not include their preprint in the research. I doubt he'll succeed in the request, because publicly available data is exempt from consent. www.ecfr.gov/on/2018-07-1...

Now when I join things, I don’t put my (very identifiable) last name on anything, I avoid actions where photos will be taken, and mask in public. Ppl I used to organize with have also pulled back because of this and so finding new trusted groups with good opsec has been tough.

Am I paranoid that I don’t post easily identifiable seascapes from my area?

This is not political speech by PeePee.

It is fraudulent speech, intentionally aimed at misleading the public and promoting hatred against an identifiable group.

And if @mark-carney.bsky.social takes no steps to protect the public, the Antifraud Center should do so.
🔴 I'll say it till I'm blue in the face: the mental underling, Poilievre, is severely UNFIT to be Prime Minister of a great country such as Canada. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Fortunately, Canadian voters know it too.

Totally identifiable as delicious bagels, you meant to say because these look terrific - pass the cream cheese! (or, you know, just pass the bagels 🤤).

polymarket lets you connect a digital wallet and use crypto. still easily identifiable, though, for an organization willing to invest in doing some research.

forbes just chose not to because their non financial articles are right wing blog posts. wired probably will expose the person soon.

How is bettor person not identifiable - how can a person have an account and this company operate legally in the US without tax IDs. More BS by the oligarchs!

Because I am pretty sure their whole argument will be "Commander in Chief!" complete with them waving their penises at the crowd while they roll coal or something equally daft. Hence me not crafting a single argument without an identifiable legal question.
January 6, 2026 at 1:37 AM
I've considered breaking down why this is unlikely with my actual legal training and experience but frankly I refuse without a more concise and identifiable point.

Protip: never let some fucknoodle throw a vague cite at you and then flail around to figure out what they meant. Make them explain.

This is not human subject research under US law until/unless you participate in the survey. HS research has to meet 1 of 2 conditions: 1) interaction w subject (not the case here) or 2) collection/observation of _private_ information: your published research isn't private 1/2

Stephen Miller’s most identifiable trait is that he is a Loser, so overwhelmingly so that it’s not surprising everything else he’s got going on gets kinda lost. But let us please not forget that he is also extremely stupid. Here he is trying very hard to remind us
TAPPER: Can you rule out the US is going to take Greenland by force?

MILLER: Greenland should be part of the US. By what right does Denmark assert control over Greenland? The US is the power of NATO

T: So force is on the table?

M: Nobody is gonna fight the US militarily over future of Greenland

So these "agents" are easily identifiable. What are their names? Where are they from? Do they have families?
PAXIS tells us: No badge, no warrant, no uniform = no lawful authority.

ICE agents cannot lawfully detain you on the street without probable cause.

Administrative warrants (I-200, I-205) do not authorize searches, arrests, or detentions in public space.

Here I mean has there been sufficient creative activity and fixation by an identifiable party to create a copyrightable work that would vest ownership in that party in the normal course. I think questions of assignments, work for hire, etc. are not relevant to this question.
January 6, 2026 at 12:50 AM
And the vacuous, ass-kissing sycophantic response by the RFK fool is just sickening. We are seeing the space cadet ramblings of a severely mentally-damaged drug user with identifiable instability. He is certifiably mad.
